Change at the Top
After almost 20 years in the role, David Kenyon will step down as MAC Ltd’s Managing Director on 1st June 2023. During his time at the helm David has driven the company forward and further strengthened its position as a world class provider of innovative, high-quality solutions to the challenging engineering problems of its customers. David has been instrumental in growing MAC Ltd’s customer base and building its reputation as a trusted developer of software defined radio systems, particularly within the defence and security sectors. ‘It has been a privilege to lead the team over the last two decades and see the company go from strength to strength’ explains David. ‘I now feel that the time is right to hand over the role to someone else and focus more on the exciting engineering challenges that MAC Ltd loves to tackle’. David will remain as a full-time Director of MAC Ltd and he will continue to play an active role in MAC Ltd’s management whilst devoting most of his time to working on and leading projects for customers.
Stepping into the Managing Director role will be Peter Gould, who is currently MAC Ltd’s Consulting Services Director. Peter has been with MAC Ltd for over 30 years and he has been a Director for over 20 of these. ‘I am very excited and honoured to be taking over the role of Managing Director from David and I would like to thank him for everything he has done to build such a strong company and make MAC Ltd a great place to work – his will not be easy shoes to fill!’ says Peter. ‘We have a fantastic team and I am constantly inspired by their professionalism, drive and engineering excellence. I am looking forward to continuing to grow the company and ensuring that our customers receive the same excellent service.’
