The MON3600 card is a four-channel, phase-coherent receiver combined with a single channel transmitter. In conjunction with the MON3100 baseband signal processing card it creates a complete software defined transceiver consuming less than 10 W and with a footprint of only 100 mm x 60 mm. The MON3600 contains two pairs of 20 MHz bandwidth phase-coherent receivers, which together cover the frequency range from 200 MHz to 2.5 GHz, and a single channel transmitter, with a modulation bandwidth of 10 MHz and frequency range 200 MHz to 2.2 GHz.

The MON3600 receiver card is part of MAC Ltd’s MONITOR product family which currently includes the MON3100 DSP card and a single channel, tri-band receiver. Other cards will be available in due course and custom designs can be accommodated.

Applications of the MON3600 card include direction finding, RF measurement equipment, beamforming systems, MIMO reception, multi-channel wideband receivers and unattended monitoring systems.
