These pages have been designed and developed to work with a wide range of web browsers. We recommend using the latest versions of Internet Explorer® (at least Version 8 or later), Safari® or Firefox® to view this site.
Throughout this site you will find that links to other web sites have been made available. It is our policy to always open these links in a new web browser window to ensure that you do not lose your place on our web site.
Access keys have been used for the main (top) menus. The main menu items are numbered left to right ‘0-9’ and each of the submenu items are lettered left to right ‘a-z’. For example, on a Windows® PC to select ‘Sectors’ from the main menu use key combination Alt+2 to change the page, and to then select ‘Satellite’ from the ‘Sectors’ submenu use the keys Alt+b to change page. If you are using a Macintosh® computer simply use the control key instead of the Alt key there is no need to press return at the end.
